  • * Air bag light illuminated. * Multiple low voltage codes in system. Cleared codes as part of transmission service. Light remained off and codes did not return during test drive.
  • Changed engine oil and filter. Checked fluid levels and tire pressures. Inspected belts and hoses. Lubricated chassis and reset maintenance light. (where applicable).
  • Removed and replaced automatic transmission filter and gasket. Test drove after serviced. Transmission shifted as designed.
  • Technician did not verify concern. Computer scanned vehicle. Discovered several low voltage codes in system, although no codes for TCM. Removed fluid for fluid sample. Fluid is dark but does not have an odor. Noticed there were metal shavings in the fluid. Recommend transmission fluid and filter change and retest.

  • Replaced both front strut assemblies with parts as listed. Performed system relearn/calibration. Tested operation. Okay at this time.
  • Technician verified customer concern. Found front right air shock blown. Can not test left side until front right is replaced.

  • Replaced power steering pressure hose with parts as listed.
  • Replaced power steering pump with parts as listed. Washed engine bay down as well as possible to remove power steering fluid from leak. Test drove vehicle to verify proper operation and to check for leaks. Okay at this time. Customer has been advised due to nature of leak and pressure washing, there will be residual drips and odors for a few days. If odor or residual drips persist more than a few days the customer has been advised to return for a vehicle check up.

  • Replaced front battery with parts as listed. Hooked up compute scanner/diagnostic equipment, cleared codes and performed relearn procedures. ABC light is illuminated on instrument cluster. Codes scan reveals code; C1526-016 – Malfunction in pressure supply. Further diagnosis is needed for previous code and ABC light.
  • Technician verified customer concern. Hooked up computer scanner/diagnostic equipment and performed system scan of all available modules resulting in codes; P20EC – Check transmission module for codes. P2350 – No can message from unit N73 EIS. P2114 – Internal component check failed. C26DE – Hydraulic fault pressure supply. C26BB – Hydraulic fault pressure supply. C24FC – Terminal 87 under voltage. Based on research of code C24FC, technician tested both the front and starting battery and found the front battery has failed testing. Recommend replace front battery as a starting point.
