  • * Right outer CV boot is torn.
  • Confirmed customer's concern. Verified A/C compressor is inoperable. Recommend replacing A/C compressor.
  • Recovered 1.35 R134a from A/C system. Added PAG oil and tracer dye to system. Charged system with .03 R134a and tested system operation. May need to re-inspect for leaks later. No charge to re-inspect for leaks.
  • Removed and replaced A/C compressor using parts listed. While replacing compressor, tech discovered the A/C tensioner pulley and accessory drive belt idler pulley were out of compliance. Recommend replacing.
  • Removed and replaced Purge Valve with parts listed. Verified purge valve operation via scan tool activation. Vehicles on board monitors may complete and present further evaporative emissions problems.
  • Removed and replaced with parts listed.
  • Scanned vehicle. ECM Codes: P0456 and P0442 – EVAP Emissions detects small leak. Recommend replacing purge valve.

  • * Left lower control arm is out of compliance. * Engine is noisy. Timing chain is making noise. Could have other noises. Engine oil is low. * Engine has multiple oil leaks. Oil cooler seal is probably worst leak. Alternator is covered in oil from valve cover gaskets leaking. * Drive belts are falling apart. Power steering does not work sometimes because belt is slipping. * Right side brake calipers {front and rear} are sticking. Front is worse than rear. * Sway bar links {front and rear} are out of compliance.
  • Per customer request, accessed and removed control module for remote start system. Can not disable vehicle anti-theft system. Per customer request, replaced and adapted new key as needed. Alarm still sounds when vehicle is shut off. Suspect that aftermarket Sony radio is causing noise.

  • Additional time to remove and replace both front axle universal joints in conjunction with other repairs.
  • Computerized wheel alignment where adjustments are provided from the factory.
  • Removed and replaced differential pinion seal. Serviced differential fluid with repair. Filled with fluid and checked for leaks. No leaks at this time.
  • Removed and replaced front axle upper and lower ball joints both left and right side. Right side was very rusty and wheel bearing would not come out without damage to bearing. Left side bearing did not turn smoothly. Replaced both front wheel hubs/bearings.
  • Removed and replaced spark plugs and wires with parts as listed. Two spark plug were stuck. Soaked plugs and let it sit overnight and plugs came out. At least one spark plug was bad.
  • Removed and replaced steering dampener with part listed. Verified dampener operating as expected.
